Origin

There is about 20 species of daylilies. These are the base for all the numerous hybrids.

Flowering

Purple flowers.

A small chalky eye and a yellow-green throat.

The colour can vary much, can sometimes be more lilac than purple.

2006: New this year. No flowers.

2007: Flowered 23rd of July.

2008: Flowered 4th of September.

2009: No flowers.

2010: No flowers.

2011: Flowered 30th of July.

Growth and care

'Court Magican' grows to about 70 cm. in height.
