There is about 20 species of daylilies. These are the base for all the numerous hybrids.

Flowering

Pink flowers.

A hint of lavender in the colour.

A yellow throat.

2007: New this year. Flowered 7th of July.

2008: No flowers.

2009: Flowered 18th of July.

2010: Flowered 18th of July.

2011: Flowered 17th of July.

Growth and care

'Nile Crane' grows to about 70 cm. in height.
