Origin

There is about 20 species of daylilies. These are the base for all the numerous hybrids.

Bred by Walter Jablonski, 1975.

Flowering

Clear yellow flowers.

2005: New this year, flowered when it was bought.

2006: Flowered 9th of July.

2007: Flowered 22nd of June.

2008: Flowered 23rd of June.

2009: Flowered 30th of June. Moved this summer.

2010: Flowered 6th of July.

2011: Flowered 27th of May.

Growth and care

'Stella d'Oro' grows to about 30 cm. in height.
