Origin
  • Beardless irises are a diverse group of plants, with many sub-groups.
  • Siberian irises, or asian irises are a group of irises that produce upright clumps of slim, grassy foliage. Tolerates dryer soil than the Laevigata irises.
Flowering
  • Pure white colour.
  • Yellow in the centre.
 
  • 2006: New this year. No flowers.
  • 2007: Flowered 10th of June.
  • 2008: No flowers.
  • 2009: Moved this spring. Flowered 13th of June.
  • 2010: Flowered 22nd of June.
  • 2011: Flowered 9th of June.

Growth and care
  • 'Snow Queen' grows to about 60 cm. in height.
