Origin	Wild or botanical roses are all the true species that are found in the wild, and sports and natural hybrids of these. 'Alba' is a variation or sport of Rosa rugosa. Origin in China and Japan.
Flowering	Single flowers. Pure white colour. Good re-flowering. Many red hips.
	2006: New this autumn. No flowers. 2007: Flowered 5th of June. 2008: Flowered 20th of June. 2009: Flowered 30th of May. 2010: Moved in spring. Flowered 14th of July. 2011: Flowered 9th of June. 2012:
Growth and care	Scandinavian zone H-7/8. Becomes large shrubs. Can take hard pruning in spring.
