Origin
  • The historical roses are the roses belonging to groups who appeared before the year 1867.
  • The first bourbon rose, Rosa x bourboniana was a hybrid between the Damascena Bifera rose 'Quatre Saisons' og the Chinensis rose 'Old Blush'. It was discovered on the island Bourbon (now  Réunion) in the Indian ocean.
Flowering
  • Double flowers.
  • Warm pink colour.
  • Re-flowering.
  • Deep, sweet scent.
 
  • 2006: New this year. Flowered 31st of August.
  • 2007: Flowered 9th of June.
  • 2008: Flowered 9th of June.
  • 2009: Flowered 23rd of June.
  • 2010: Flowered 17th of June.
  • 2011: Flowered 21st of June.

Growth and care
  • Scandinavian zone H-5.
  • Can grow up to 3 meters, but in Norway probably no more than 1,5 meters.
  • The oldest branches should be removed every few years, to stimulate new growth.
