the year 1867.
- The original plants in this
group probably came into being as sports of centifolia roses.

- Double flowers, with dark
velvet red to purple colour.
- Not re-flowering.
- Strong sweet scent.
- Brown "moss" on stems
and buds.

Growth and care |
- Scandinavian zone H-4.
- Up to 1,2 meters
in height.
- The oldest branches should be
removed every few years, to stimulate new growth.
