Origin |
- The
modern roses are the roses belonging to groups who appeared after
the year 1867. The
"first" modern rose 'La France' was introduced this year.
- The floribunda group are a
result of hybridization between polyantha roses and hybrid tea roses.

- Large clusters of semi-double
flowers.
- Clear
scarlet red colour.
- Very good re-flowering.
- No scent.

Growth and care |
- Scandinavian zone H-4.
- Up to 75 cm. in
height.
- Cut the strongest branches down
to 30-60 cm. for good growth and flowering.
- Weak branches is removed
totally.
