Origin |
- The
modern roses are the roses belonging to groups who appeared after
the year 1867. The
"first" modern rose 'La France' was introduced this year.
- The modern large-flowered
climbers are a big and complex group. But many are hybrids between
large-flowering Wichurana-ramblers, as 'New Dawn' and modern
floribunda roses and hybrid-the roses.
