Origin	The modern roses are the roses belonging to groups who appeared after the year 1867. The "first" modern rose 'La France' was introduced this year. This group consists of hybrids of Rosa rugosa.
Flowering	White flowers.
	2010: New this year. Flowered 20th of June. 2011: Flowered 12th of June. 2012:
Growth and care	Scandinavian zone H-6/7. Ca. 1 meter in height. Cut the oldest branches down to 20 - 30 cm. every few years. Weak branches is removed totally. Besides this the plant need very little pruning.
