Origin
  • The modern roses are the roses belonging to groups who appeared after the year 1867. The "first" modern rose 'La France' was introduced this year.
  • This group consists of hybrids of Rosa rugosa.
Flowering
  • Pale pink, double flowers.
  • Very good re-flowering.
  • No scent.
 
  • 2005: New this year, flowered when it was bought.

  • 2007: Flowered 9th of June.
  • 2008: Flowered 22nd of June.
  • 2009: Flowered 7th of June.

Growth and care
  • Scandinavian zone H-6.
  • 1 to 2 meters in height.
  • Need very little pruning.

Origin
  • The summer of 2009, a branch with flowers of a different colour appeared on the plant. Besides that the flowers are the same as on the original plant.
